Crystal Singing Bowls are gaining in popularity, and more and more people are using these in healings or sound sessions, often in an intuitive manner. In this workshop you can experience and play all tones from a low C to a high C#; 14 crystal bowls/tones are present (and you are invited to bring your own bowls or other instruments). You lean more about the effect of each tone, which bowls can be combined, and whether or not these singing bowls harmonize with other musical instruments. The 440 vs 432 Hz is being explored, so you really get what it means and use this knowledge in a practical manner, such as deducing whether a bowl is finely tuned when buying a new one. 

In this workshop I combine my knowledge considering musical theory with my experiences and theoretical framework (partially formed through several modules at Ohmpunctuur) as a sound healer. The focus of this day won't be purely sound healing, although elements willl naturally willl appear and the bowls have their effect. Every participant can judge the way the knowledge and experience can best improve what he or she is already offering. 

For whom?

Whether you are a Sound healer, someone you uses crystal singing bowls in group sessions, or you purchased a crystal singing bowl once (or are about to) and would like to explore this field: all layers will be elaborated upon and you are most welcome. It is possible to participate when you don't have crystal bowls yet (in this case it might be interesting for you to pre-order the F# with discount, up till the 31st of August). Please bring your own singing bowls or other instruments (including your voice, this can be a beautiful combination).

 * As I find it important that everyone really gets value from the workshop, an individual follow-up is part of the program; 1-2 weeks after the workshop we'll plan a session via phone of Zoom where you can ask all the questions that came up when studying and eloborating on the material.

This booklet is included in the workshop. It delves deeper into related musical theory and effects of different bowls. It also contains practical tips to select a bowl and judge its pureness in terms of frequency. The following themes and more willl be discussed:

- What does it all mean in terms of combining bowls, "I have a F# in 432 Hz, what other bowl(s) would work with it?"
