Dit patroon volgt oa uit de Seed of Life, waarbij de buitenste 6 cirkels in diameter verdubbeld worden, en eigenlijk dus 3x de Vesica Piscis ontstaat. Het is een harmonisch patroon met beweging, en de gulden snede verhouding komt er op mooie manier in terug. Vanuit dit patroon zijn de 5 platonische figuren makkelijk te construeren. 

De term "Sprout" of life is afkomstig van George Leoniak, met een erg leuk en leerzaam YouTube kanaal met de naam Knew geometry; hij biedt ook online cursussen aan op zijn site. 

Het symbool kan gebruikt worden als sierlijk element in een ruimte dat tegelijkertijd balans brengt, of om in je handen te houden, bijv er naar kijkend in een meditatie, etc. Ook kan je er bijv een glas op zetten, aangezien het bewezen is dat geometry de structuur van water beinvloedt, en water van zichzelf uberhaupt een hexagonale structuur heeft.

One method for creating this pattern comes from the Seed of Life, where the six circles on the outside are doubled in diameter; in this way three Vesica Piscis are created. It is a harmonious pattern with movement in it, and it contains the phi ratio, also known as the golden ratio, in a beautiful way. From this pattern the 5 platonic solids can easily be constructed. 

The term "Sprout" has been dubbed by George Leoniak, who has a great YouTube channel where you can learn a lot about geometry, called Knew Geometry; he also offers online courses at his website. 

The symbol can be used as a beautiful assecoire to brighten up and balance a room, or to hold in your hand and perhaps gaze at in meditation etc. You cal also put a glas on it, as it has been proven that geometry influences water, which has a hexagonal structure in itself.
